Payment Types We accept the following methods of payment, all Major Credit cards (except American Express), Postal Orders, cheques (UK customers only) made out to "Cumbria Designs" with the guarantee card number and expiry date written on the reverse. We discourage the sending of cash through the postal services and will accept no liability for loss should you do this. We do not accept PayPal. Tax All UK and European Union (EU) orders are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the UK rate of 20.0%. This is automatically added to UK and EU orders during completion of the on-line order form. Non EU orders are exempt VAT, the payment of any Import Duties or taxes is the responsibility of the Customer. Our VAT Number is GB 825 8600 22 Shipping Costs We apply three shipping zones; UK, European Union and Worldwide. The shipping prices are for standard first class postage within the UK and airmail to Europe and the rest of the world. If you require alternative shipping arrangements please contact us in writing or by email for pricing. Minimum Order Value Due to increases in bank charges we now have to apply a minimum order value of £10, inclusive of VAT and shipping. Order Forms The following, ready populated forms in 'PDF' format are for placing order by Post. Acrobat reader is required to display and print these. The pricing on each form reflects the differing Tax and Shipping charges by destination. Note that we only apply a single shipping charge for component orders under £100 and single kits. For volumes greater than these please contact us for a revised shipping cost estimate.
