Despite taking great care in
building your new kit, it doesn't work. We've all been there, and it can be very
frustrating, particularly when support is poor or not forthcoming. Don't worry,
with our troubleshooting service we guarantee to be able to get your kit up and
running, if not we will gladly offer a full refund in exchange for your non
working kit. Our support scheme is outlined below.

latest information on your product. We will post any new information relating to
design changes, common problems and most importantly solutions here.

If you do not find what you want on
our support pages contact us at support@cumbriadesigns.co.uk
. Be sure to identify the kit to which your problem relates and provide us with
a full description of the symptoms. We will endeavor to respond by the next
working day with suggested causes and recommended actions.
Telephone
If you prefer telephone support, we
can be contacted on +44 (0)7973 89 44 50 . We cannot guarantee to be able to man the phone line
24 hours a day, if we are not available leave your name, phone number and a full
description of the problem on our answering machine and we will contact you.
Repair Service
In the rare event that our other
support services don't solve your problem, we offer a repair service. There is a
flat rate handling charge of £10 for this service. We will investigate the
cause and make a repair if this can be done without replacing any major components. If the cause is found to
be due to damage to a major component such as a processor or LCD module, we will contact you
with an additional replacement part cost before carrying out the repair. Our
standard shipping charges apply for the return of the unit. If the
cause is found to be due to an 'out of box' component malfunction, we will
replace the part under warranty and waive the handling and shipping charges. All
charges associated with repairs are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
We will contact you once the
repair has been made and advise you of the repair price. The link below may be
used to pass us your payment details. Once payment has been received the
repaired item will be returned by first class post/airmail.
