Designed for use with the T-1, the Filter kit sets the IF frequency and bandwidth of the T-1 Sub System. Two bandwidths are implemented using 6 pole filters; a 2.5kHz Cohn filter for SSB and a 450Hz Butterworth filter for CW. Filter selection is under the control of the T-1 control interface providing a simple and non critical approach to switching these important signal path elements.

At present the filter kit is available at 4.9152MHz which, in conjunction with effective band filtering, provides good image rejection at HF and up to 70MHz. A higher frequency version for VHF use will be introduced at a later stage.
